Caramel Ice Cream
  • 5 pouches Alpine® Original Spiced Apple Cider Mix
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
Place cider mix, cream, milk and vanilla in ice cream maker. Churn ice cream according to manufacturer’s directions. When done, ice cream will be the consistency of soft serve. Swirl in caramel sauce and place in freezer until firm.
Makes 6 servings.
