Caramel Apple Ice Cream Pie
  • 5 pouches Alpine® Original Spiced Apple Cider Mix
  • 2 pints vanilla ice cream
  • 1, 10-inch prepared graham cracker crust
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
Place ice cream in large bowl and let stand at room temperature until soft. Stir in Alpine® Original Spiced Apple Cider Mix. Spread caramel sauce into bottom of graham cracker crust. Spoon apple ice cream over caramel sauce in crust. Freeze until firm, about 2 hours. Garnish with whipped cream and caramel sauce, if desired.
Makes 10 servings.
